I'm Peter Seroter — independent mortgage broker, Army veteran, husband, father, and 25-year student of this industry.

I got into mortgage in 2001 after serving in the U.S. Army, and what drew me in was simple: this is one of the most important financial decisions a person ever makes, and most people navigate it without anyone truly in their corner.

I built Optimized Home Loans to change that.
